+### What was done:
+- **Updated `dash_app/components/trust_comparison.py`**: Changed `dcc.Graph` height from `320px` to `500px` across all 6 chart cells (56% increase)
+- **Updated `dash_app/assets/nhs.css`**: Added `overflow: hidden` and `min-height: 0` to `.tc-chart-cell` to prevent content leaking outside cells
+- **Height analysis**: Plotly figure functions generate dynamic heights:
+  - Market Share: 560px, Heatmap: 380px, Duration: 760px
+  - At 500px container, Plotly scales figures to fit. Heatmap fits perfectly, Market Share and Duration are slightly compressed but readable
+  - Dashboard scrolls vertically (3 rows × ~540px = ~1620px total) which is acceptable per the task requirements

+### Patterns discovered:
+- Plotly `dcc.Graph` with a fixed CSS height will scale the figure's `layout.height` to fit the container. This means 500px container works for figures that compute 380px–760px layout heights — Plotly compresses/stretches to fit.
+- `overflow: hidden` on the chart cell prevents any edge-case spillover while `min-height: 0` prevents flex child overflow issues.
+### Next iteration should:
+- Pick either 11.3 (Patient Pathways chart fill height) or 11.4 (modal aesthetics)
+- 11.3 is CSS-only: make chart card + patient-pathways-view flex columns so dcc.Graph's `flex: 1` works. Currently `flex: 1` has no effect because parent isn't a flex container.
